We provide either private or communal cremations and aquamation services. Choose the urns of your choice, clay paw prints, nose prints, urn necklaces and bracelets. Your veterinarian will safely transport your pet to our compassionate care facility. Our loving staff, attends to your pet via State-of-the-art facilities and tracking systems which allows you full visibility on your pet final journey. Your pets cremains will be delivered to your home in a beautiful and dignified urn of your choosing.

Talk with your Veterinarian

After your order, you can talk directly with your licensed veterinarian via video call or live chat within the LovingVet app. We use technology with compassion to provide the highest level of care and support before the veterinarian arrives at your home. We take the time to listen to you, your family and address your pet’s current care in a holistic manner.

Veterinarian Arrival Updates & Aftercare Tracking

You can monitor your veterinarian status (Left the office, 30 minutes away, 15 minutes away, arrived at your home) within the app. You’ll also received email, text and voice mail updates on each of the status. Once your veterinarian has completed your appointment, full pet aftercare tracking is available with full status visibility updates of your pet final journey.

Create a Celebration Video

At the appropriate time, you can celebrate the love, happiness and joy your beloved pet brought you. Create a celebration video by uploading photo’s and choosing background music of the beautiful memories of your pet. We build a video real-time from your photos that you can share with your friends and family on social media or email.

Access to Grief Support

We understand a loss of a pet can be a very difficult and painful event. We offer services to help ease this pain through our video library of certified grief counselors and veterinarians. If this may not be enough you can schedule a live one-on-one video or phone conference with one of our certified grief counselors.

Own your Pet Health Records!

Changing the game, we feel the current veterinary medical record paradigm is broken. Today pet health records are controlled either by veterinarians or third party software company’s (PIMS). These entities hold and share pet health data with pet parents as they choose. Pet parents have to request pet health records and then are given copies of the data. This is wrong, pet parent should own, hold and share their pet health data to whomever they chose. Pet parents need to be in control of their pet health records!
